The band started out several years ago in the busiest city in South Africa, Johannesburg, with the ambition to make music that is thought-provoking, purposeful, and creative.

In the winter of 2007, the band recorded and released an EP called Start Today. The underlying motto of the album was that every moment we experience is one in which we can know God and one in which we can show God. The album was an alternative-punk-rock worship album aimed at Christian youth. The six songs on the EP are reflections of their walk with God and an encouragement to other Christians to keep walking and pressing on. After this release, their sound has been refined, bringing in different instruments, musicians, and catchy sounds.

Lyrically, they bring a message of hope, and change. Life, as the Bible has taught them, is more than just about living. This message is founded in their faith in Christ and the change He brought about in each of their lives. Musically, their sound would now be classified as little bits of postpunk-alternative-rock-passion-dance-pop-indie-church styles.

This journey of creating music has been incredible and making memories with n ew friends, bands, and fans has been such a blessing. They hope to reflect the light that they have seen in God in all that they do. May this journey be shared with you!
